REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY

When an order is booked & confirmed, Kubalwadi will not accept return or refund requests. However, we do understand in few scenarios we need to consider the same, few situations are explained below in which we will try our level best to address the concerns of our customers which will be fair for all the parties.

If a damaged product is received -

  • Customers should inform Kubalwadi via mail at orders@kubalwadi.com within 3 days from receiving the delivery of the damaged product.

  • Please share all relevant order details including images/video of packing box in which products were dispatched to you, the images should include outer box image, opened box image and the damaged product image as well. 

  • Please note products which are packed in cans/ tins can easily develop dents during the transit process which doesn’t mean the product is damaged, if the tins or cans developed leakages during transit in such cases only the product will be considered as damaged.

  • Deliveries in which multiple products were shipped and if one of the products is damaged in such case only the particular damaged product will be replaced with fresh product.Kubalwadi will respond to all the mails within 24-72 hours and we will try to resolve the concern amicably by liaising with you on calls & emails.

 
If part or entire product goes missing - 
•    Customers should inform Kubalwadi via mail at orders@kubalwadi.com within 3 days from receiving the delivery. 
•    Please share all relevant order details including images/video of packing box in which products were dispatched to you, the images should include outer box image, opened box image with all the products received.
•    In such scenario we won’t be able to accept refund request but we will ship the fresh product as replacement of the missing product only. 
•    Kubalwadi will respond to all the mails within 24-72 hours and we will try to resolve the concern amicably by liaising with you on calls & emails.
 

If product is spoiled - 
•    Customers should inform Kubalwadi via mail at orders@kubalwadi.com within 3 days from receiving the delivery. 
•    Please share all relevant order details including images/video of packing box in which products were dispatched to you, the images should include outer box image, opened box image with all the products received. 
•    In case of fresh fruits we will be unable to accept the returns due to variation in taste, colour, aroma & texture of the product, as all natural fruits are perishable in nature and can develop slight changes in the factors mentioned above. For packed food if you find the product is spoiled we will amicably try to resolve the situations by extending our full support & cooperation as we don’t make any compromises during the production process, we use all natural & organic ingredients in order to provide best quality, taste & nutritional value of the product.
•    Kubalwadi will investigate the matter thoroughly and after due diligence only we will either provide replacement or refund by creating win-win situation for all the parties concerned.
•    Kubalwadi will respond to all the mails within 24-72 hours and we will try to resolve the concern amicably by liaising with you on calls & emails.
