The delivery charges will be 150 /- Rs per order.
All deliveries will be made only twice a week i.e. Wednesday or Sundays.
Returns, Cancellation, Replacement and Refunds Policy
Kubalwadi.com is a online store selling naturally grown farm produce, primarily fruits, which are perishable products. As you understand these fruits cannot be stored beyond a certain time limit.
Hence any return is bound to degrade the quality of the product.
Hence, as per policy, we do not accept returns, for all products. Exception here are cases where you receive rotten, damaged, pressed, squeezed or crushed consignments. In such cases, you may return the consignment, provided you give us a call or send us email informing consignments reached you.

Once you place an order, our team harvest the fruits to process your orders. Harvested fruits are difficult to put back on to the trees. Hence, as a policy, orders once placed and paid for will not be cancelled. We may, at our sole discretion, postpone your order; provided we get your update soon enough and operationally we are in a position to do so.
Replacement Policy For Bad Mangoes
We are committed to give you the naturally grown fruits and do justice to every penny you spent. As you are aware that these are naturally grown fruits and no one can predict nature. Kubalwadi Mangoes are delicate fruits and they may likely get impacted by unruly weather. Hence, at time mangoes may go bad from inside or outside.
It will be unfortunate on our part if you receive such mangoes, but you need to understand that we will remain committed to you. Please be assured that we do not pack bad mangoes while we are shipping to you, as we can’t afford to do it, If we give bad mangoes intentionally, then our brand will will be tarnish, we will not have loyalty customers and we will soon go out of business. So why would we do that?
We are here for the long term; we give replacement for bad mangoes. YES, WE WILL GIVE FREE REPLACEMENT FOR BAD MANGOES. Hence, we offer replacement subject to conditions as follows.
We will offer replacement in two cases.
Kubalwadi Fruits: As a rare case, the courier company may damage the fruits by the time they reach you. In such a scenario, the box used will be damaged too. If you get such a box, we will offer you replacement for such bad or rotten fruits, provided you inform us via call or email within 8 hours of receiving such delivery, and send us pictures of the damaged fruits and box within 12 hours of

Bad or Rotten Fruits: at times, fruits that look perfectly good from outside, may be rotten from inside as we do not use any chemicals or pesticides to protect our fruits and they are completely naturally harvested. If you encounter such fruits, we will offer you replacement for such rotten fruits, provided you inform us via call or email within 8 hours of receiving such deliveries, and send

If the whole box turns out bad, we replace it. For few rotten mangoes, we will give you discount on your next order.
If we are unable to give you a replacement, for reasons such as season ending, not enough production, bad service of courier, etc, we will refund the amount you have paid us. Wherever possible, the refund will be given to the same source from where the payment was made. In case that’s not possible, refund will be made to your bank account, details will be asked from the email id
which was used to place the order. The refunds will be made to your accounts after the end of the mango season, in between 2 to 15 June, every year!
You are aware that the mangoes that we send to you are sent by third party courier companies and they are the best in their work e.g. Bluedart who are our delivery partner. You are aware that when we dispatch mangoes to you, they are out of our control. We understand that they should reach you as soon as possible for them to remain their best. We send you a ‘shipped’ update to as soon as they are taken over by the courier company and it is your responsibility to ensure that you or someone will be there at the given address to receive the box. If the delivery to you is delayed because your unavailability or did not answer the call or requested a later date for delivery. You understand that
mangoes are perishables and delaying delivery is likely to degrade the quality. Hence, we will not be liable to give any replacement or refund in such a case when the status check with the courier company shows that later delivery was requested.
We deliver all over Mumbai including western suburbs, eastern suburbs and navi mumbai & Thane. As you place order you will receive a confirmation email plus our representative will also confirm your order by calling you on your contact number.
A fresh stock is ordered from the farms twice a week which reaches Mumbai within day and your order is delivered to your address accordingly. This way you get the freshest fruit. All the deliveries are handled by our own as well as professional courier services.
Corporate deliveries are take care by us. We take bulk order from corporate offices and deliver all of them together at their office location, so that employees can collect their Mangoes at their office itself.
The visitor on our website please take a note that your name, email address and other personal information submitted on our website may be stored with us and may also appear on the website. Like other platforms our server log files also receives general information such as IP address of the visitor, cookie etc. For the financial transactions by credit card Kubalwadi Mango uses a 3rd party secure payment gateway provided by “PayU” and the credit card details are ‘not stored’ with Kubalwadi Mango, instead the information is securely stored and encrypted with Visa/MasterCard.
